The hills of the Langhe are one of the richest sources of good food and wine in our country, where they are considered a veritable form of art and an expression of Piedmontese culture. White truffles, mushrooms, meat, hazelnuts, cheeses and Barolo & Barbaresco have made this area a popular destination for lovers of outstanding wines and gastronomic rarities. A passion which is shared by local wine-producing family, the Cerettos, and chef Enrico Crippa, and brought them together in 2005.
