In compliance with Legislative Decree No 24/2023, Arco srl has established a reporting procedure for unlawful conduct (so-called whistleblowing). For the purposes of any reports, the Company has established a dedicated channel aimed at allowing internal parties (e.g. employees) and external parties (e.g. suppliers) to report any relevant unlawful conduct according to the Whistleblowing Decree. The Supervisory Board is tasked with managing the reports in fulfilment of Legislative Decree No 24/2023. It undertakes to ensure the confidentiality of the reporter, the report, and the parties involved in it.
