The Langhe like the nearby Roero are historical regions for the Italian wine production and a pride for our nation. We could not ignore this fundamental aspect for the territory that has always been accompanied by its ingredients and has codified combinations that belong to the culture of these hills.

Our selection of local wines

Wine is a fundamental part of the Piola project, partly because the Ceretto family is directly involved in this adventure but above all because for the local inhabitants wine is an ingredient like the extraordinary meats, the refined cheeses, the precious truffles, the tasty hazelnuts.

We want every stop at La Piola to become an experience of pure Langhe gastronomic history and therefore we have selected wines, producers from all over the Langhe and Roero to satisfy the most curious and demanding palates.

A wine list that draws in over 120 wineries and 360 labels touching the most famous crus of Barolo and Barbaresco but also small realities just released on the market.
