In the Piedmontese dialect the piola is the village inn, the place where you eat traditional dishes and drink generous glasses of local wine. Hidden in this term there is an additional meaning, which describes a feeling: in a piola you go to feel good together.

An every-day changing tradition
The cuisine of La Piola obeys the market and the seasons, and therefore it changes daily. The raw material is mainly local, chosen with rigour and following the succession of the months. Every day two large blackboards inside the restaurant tell about a new proposal, in addition to the historical dishes of the tradition, which are always present.
